Game Server Rules and Regulations

Welcome to the Tibia game server hosted by jimba.pl. By playing on this server, you agree to abide by the following rules and regulations. Violations of these rules may result in temporary or permanent bans from the server. Please read carefully.

1. Ownership of Characters
   All characters created on the jimba.pl server are the property of the server owner. Players are granted the right to use these characters under the conditions stated in these rules. Any abuse of this privilege may result in loss of character access.
2. Respect Other Players
   All players are expected to treat others with respect. Insults, harassment, or any form of offensive behavior will not be tolerated.
3. Account Security
   Players are responsible for the security of their accounts. Sharing your account or giving others access to your account is not allowed. The server administration is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
4. Cheating and Exploits
   The use of cheats, bots, or any software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to exploit bugs in the game will result in immediate account suspension or ban.
5. Trade of In-Game Items
   All in-game items are part of the game world and are owned by the server. Trading items for real money is prohibited. Violating this rule will result in a ban from the server.
6. Player Killing (PK)
   Excessive player killing without reason (known as random PKing) is not allowed. Players must follow the established rules for combat and PvP interactions. Abuse of this system may result in penalties.
7. Server Downtime and Rollbacks
   The server owner reserves the right to perform rollbacks in case of server issues or abuse. This may result in loss of progress, and the server administration is not responsible for any items or experience lost due to rollbacks.
8. Reporting Bugs
   Players are encouraged to report any bugs or issues they encounter to the server administration. Abuse of bugs for personal gain is prohibited and will result in penalties.
9. Donations
   Donations made to the server do not grant players any special rights or privileges beyond those explicitly stated at the time of the donation. All donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
10. Server Modifications
    The server owner reserves the right to modify or change any aspect of the server, including rules, at any time. It is the responsibility of players to stay informed of any changes to the rules.
