Jimba.pl is an online role-playing game in which thousands of players from all over the world meet everyday. In order to ensure that the game is fun for everyone, Jimba.pl staff expects all players to behave in a reasonable and respectful manner.

Terms of Service for Jimba.pl

By using Jimba.pl, all players agree to the following terms and rules. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in warnings, temporary or permanent bans, or other penalties as deemed appropriate by the server administration.

1. Donations and Virtual Goods

• Voluntary Donations: All payments made to support Jimba.pl are voluntary donations. By donating, users waive the 14-day right of withdrawal as donations are non-refundable.
• In-Game Points and Items: In appreciation of donations, the server may reward players with in-game points or items. These rewards remain the property of Jimba.pl and are granted as tokens of appreciation, not as goods for sale.
• Ownership of Items and Points: All items, including Tibia Coins, and points acquired through donations are owned by Jimba.pl. The server administration reserves the right to manage, remove, or redistribute these items as necessary.
• No Refund Policy: Donations are final and non-refundable. Players are responsible for understanding and accepting these terms before making any payment.

2. Character Names

• Offensive Names: Names that are insulting, racist, sexually explicit, drug-related, harassing, or generally offensive are prohibited.
• Invalid Name Format: Names containing phrases (except for guild names), poorly formatted words, or nonsensical combinations of letters are not allowed.
• Advertising in Names: Names that promote brands, products, unrelated content, or real-money trades are forbidden.
• Unsuitable Names: Names expressing religious or political views or that do not fit the medieval fantasy setting of Jimba.pl are disallowed.
• Names Supporting Rule Violations: Names that imply, incite, or announce a rule violation are prohibited.

3. Player Statements and Conduct

• Offensive Statements: Insulting, racist, sexually explicit, drug-related, harassing, or generally objectionable statements are prohibited.
• Spamming: Repeating similar or identical statements excessively, or using poorly formatted or nonsensical text, is considered spam and is forbidden.
• Advertising: Advertising unrelated brands, products, or services, as well as real-money trades, is not allowed.
• Off-Topic Public Statements: Religious or political statements, or any off-topic content in public channels or boards, are disallowed.
• Language Restrictions: Only English is allowed in channels where its use is explicitly required.
• Personal Data Disclosure: Disclosing other players' personal information is prohibited.
• Supporting Rule Violations: Statements that incite, support, or imply a rule violation are forbidden.

4. Cheating and Exploits

• Bug Abuse: Exploiting any game error or bug is strictly prohibited. Players must report bugs immediately, and failure to do so, or attempting to exploit them, may lead to warnings, temporary bans, or IP bans at the discretion of the administration.
• Using Unofficial Software: The use of any software that modifies the official client or provides gameplay advantages (such as bots) is prohibited. A player confirmed for botting three times will face a two-week account ban. Each verified report results in a warning; three warnings result in a temporary ban.

5. Conduct Toward Jimba.pl Staff

• Impersonation of Staff: Pretending to represent or be part of the Jimba.pl staff team is forbidden.
• Defamation or Agitation: Publishing false information about Jimba.pl or inciting others to boycott the server is prohibited.
• Providing False Information: Intentionally submitting false information or misleading reports, bug reports, or support requests to staff is not permitted.

6. Legal Compliance and Server Security

• Account Trading or Sharing: Offering, selling, or sharing account access is forbidden. Players are responsible for the security and use of their accounts.
• Account Hacking: Attempting to steal other players' account information or personal data is strictly prohibited.
• Attacking the Server: Any attempt to attack, disrupt, or damage the Jimba.pl server infrastructure will lead to severe penalties, including permanent bans and possible legal action.
• Complying with Local Laws: Players must abide by all applicable laws. Any illegal activities, including those conducted in-game, may lead to penalties.

Final Provisions

All rules are subject to interpretation and enforcement by the Jimba.pl administration. Players agree to these terms by accessing or interacting with the server. Server administration reserves the right to amend the rules as needed to maintain the integrity and safety of the gaming environment.
